AUDITION ACCESS COMMUNITY AGREEMENT
This Audition Access Community Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between [Audition Access Team] ("Team") and yourself reading this ("Client") (together referred to as the "Parties") on the date of acceptance of this Agreement.
SERVICES:
Team agrees to provide the following services to the Client:
- 1-hour monthly ‘Endurance of the Artist’ LIVE coaching lesson within the App
- 45-minute monthly ‘The Mindful Artist’ LIVE coaching lesson within the App
- Access to playback recorded coaching materials for 1 month
- Access to a bank of monologue PDF resources inside the private members area
- Access to Team in Q&A forums, with working hours of 9 am - 6 pm UK time Monday-Friday in private circle forums. Lead Coach will respond within 48 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays
- Private discount codes, priority booking and opportunities for other Audition Access services
- Other services as may be agreed by the Parties from time to time, such as 3-day challenges, guest experts, and additional coaches training the Client.
Note: No upgrade courses or additional services outside those listed above are included under this Agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise.
TERM AND PAYMENT:
The term of this Agreement shall begin upon the Client’s acceptance and continue on a monthly or annual basis until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice to pause and return at a later date or cancel their subscription and access to the community.
- Monthly Payment Plan: The Client shall pay £49 per month for access to services. Payment is due on the same date each month, collected automatically, unless otherwise agreed.
- Annual Payment Plan: The Client may opt to pay £490 for a full year, which is non-refundable.
If the Client uses a 50% or special discount code for the first month, a minimum of 3 months' payment of £49 is required.
Late Payments:
- First late payment: The Client will receive a written warning via email and must settle the payment within 7 working days.
- Second late payment: A 12.5% service fee will be added to the overdue amount.
- Third late payment: A 20% service fee will be added, and the Client will be permanently removed from the community.
The Client agrees to ensure their contact details are kept up to date. Failure to receive notifications due to incorrect contact information will not exempt the Client from late fees
Pausing payment:
An option is available for pausing the subscription which allows the Client to suspend payments and access to the community for an agreed period. Upon return, the Client will be reinstated at the current membership rate unless otherwise agreed.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
The Parties agree to keep all coaching materials, discussions, monologues, and communications confidential. The Client agrees not to download, share, or repurpose any of the Team’s material (intellectual property, strategies, frameworks, etc.). Breach of this clause may result in legal action.
COOLING-OFF PERIOD:
By accessing digital content, the Client acknowledges and agrees that they forfeit the right to a refund under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which typically allow for a 14-day cooling-off period. Access to the Audition Access Community App constitutes use of digital content, waiving the right to a refund once the service is used. The client acknowledges this on a monthly or annual plan for access to the community.
TERMINATION:
Either Party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice to Team member Laura Weeden via the app.
The Client will remain liable for any fees due until the effective termination date, subject to the following terms:
- Discount Code Use: A minimum of 3 months' payment is required if a discount code is applied.
- Annual Payment Plan:Annual Payment Plan: The Client may opt to pay £490 for a full year, which is non-refundable, even if the Client terminates the agreement before the year is completed.
- Late Fees: If on a payment plan, all late fees remain binding upon termination.
The Team reserves the right to terminate the Agreement if the Client engages in behaviour that contradicts the community ethos (e.g., bullying, hate speech, disrespect towards others).
In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations or mediation before resorting to legal action.
The Client acknowledges and is in full knowledge that despite the time frame that they are a member, they have accessed the world and knowledge of Team and Client still allows their headshot and name to be shared if they are successful in gaining a place at drama school or the National Youth Theatre.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER:
The Client acknowledges that the services provided under this Agreement are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional advice or treatment. The Team makes no guarantee as to specific drama school results that may be achieved through the services provided under this Agreement. Client understands that Team in Audition Access does not guarantee specific drama school places and previous successes of previous Audition Access clients are solely individual with said contributing factors aiding this including; client's wellbeing, client's individual effort, client's determination, client's skill and client's previous experiences of auditions.
By accepting this Agreement, the Client consents to the use of their headshot and name by the Team in promotional materials if they successfully gain a place in drama school or the National Youth Theatre in compliance with UK GDPR rules. The Client allows the Team this right as they join the Community and access to digital space.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
This Agreement shall be governed by UK law, and any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations or agreements.
