These sessions will be your opportunity to pitch a story you're working on, practise a sightread aloud, share a monologue to perform, read a scene together with a partner, talk about your review of a new play you read and would recommend or ANYTHING creative that you would like! Catapult your confidence by getting up to share/ perform and have the community around you to support you!

     

    NETWORKING

    🌟Audition Access Community  has private Q&A forums that are called 'circles' within the app - we have designated these:

  •  All Star Q&A - Get support from J and the All Star Community

  • All Star Bank - see your discount codes and suggestions from J (self tape equipment, book recommendations etc etc) 
  •  J's calls - ask any questions in between our sessions and share your thoughts. Also reminders of calls will be sent there too.

  •  All Star news - get update every month on the latest of the industry/auditions/drama school auditions etc etc

  •   Community calls - every Saturday we have a 'members live' open for anyone to jump on to the app and talk live with their all star members. All Stars use this to check in, connect and practise their monologues. We also hold sessions call 'Play reading Pals' and 'Movie Nights' for our members too which are much loved inside the app.

AUDITION ACCESS COMMUNITY AGREEMENT

 

This Audition Access Community Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between [Julia Romano OR Audition Access Team ] ("Coach") and yourself reading the ("Client") (together referred to as the "Parties") on the date of acceptance of this Agreement.


SERVICES:
Coach agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

- 1hr monthly ‘Endurance of the Artist’ LIVE coaching lesson with Coach within the App

- 45 min monthly ‘The Mindful Artist’ LIVE coaching lesson with Coach within the App

- Every 12 weeks a 45 min LIVE share space with Coach held in the App 

- Access to play back recorded coaching materials for 1 month

- Access to bank of monologue PDF resources inside private members area

- Access to Coach in Q&A forums with working hours of 9am-6pm UK time Monday- Friday in private circle forums in the Audition Access Community. Coach will get back to all questions at least in a 48 hour period and Coach will not be available on weekends or bank holidays.

- Private discount codes and opportunities within other Audition Access services

- Other services as may be agreed upon by the Parties from time to time

TERM AND PAYMENT:
The term of this Agreement shall begin upon acceptance of this Agreement by the Client and shall continue on a monthly basis/or pay in full for 12 months until terminated by either party upon a 30 day written notice to the other party.

Upon a payment plan option, the Client shall pay the Coach a monthly fee of £49 for access to the services provided under this Agreement. Payment shall be made by the Client to the Coach on a recurring basis, on the same date each month, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.

If using a 50% discount code or any special discount code for a first month starter into the Audition Access Community then a minimum of 3 months payment of £49 is required.

Upon a pay in full annual option, the Client shall pay a non-refundable annual fee of £490 for access to the services provided under this Agreement.

Late payments:

If under a payment plan option, Client is late with their payment a written warning will be sent first to Client to let them settle in a 7 day working period.

If Client is late a second time there will be a service fee of 12.5% added on to their late fee that they are legally binded to pay.

If Client is late a third time there will be a service fee of 20% added on to their late fee that they are legally binded to pay and they will be permanently removed from the membership by all rights of the Coach.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
The Parties agree to keep all coaching and related materials, discussions, working lessons, copies of monologues and communications strictly confidential. The Client agrees not to disclose any information regarding the coaching or related materials or discussions to any third party without the prior written consent of the Coach. The Client is in full knowledge that downloads of recordings are not allowed under any circumstance and to hold copy of Coach’s material without her consent is legal offence. The Client agrees to not hold, keep or share any coaching material that they access through their experience of Audition Access and going forwards into their future. The Client agrees to not repurpose any of Coach’s material: intellectual property, audition strategy, lesson frameworks, warm ups, pdf works, quotes mentioned in their own name or through any other and to do so would be breaking this legal contract and legal action would be taken.

TERMINATION:
Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon a 30 day written notice to the other party. The Client shall remain liable for any Membership Fees due and payable up to the effective date of termination with the said rule:

  1. i) If using a 50% discount code for a first month starter into the Audition Access Community then a minimum of 3 months payment is required. After this period either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon a 30 day written notice to the other party.
    ii) Upon a pay in full annual option, the Client shall pay a non-refundable annual fee of £490 for access to the services provided under this Agreement. Either party may terminate but a pay in full payment is non-refundable.
    iii) If on a payment plan ‘Late fees’ will still be binding and either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon a 30 day written notice to the other party.

It is the Coach’s prerogative to terminate any Client if Coach feels Client is not acting in a way of respect to other members. Coach will not tolerate any bullying, hate speech, jealousy, spiteful acts or behaviour that does not tolerate the community ethos of Audition Access.

It is in Coach’s trust that all respective Clients will aid the feel good and supportive environment of Audition Access through any course/group that they find themselves in.

RESULTS: 

 "I, client, understand that Coach in Audition Access does not guarantee specific drama school places and previous successes of previous Audition Access clients are solely individual with said contributing factors aiding this including; client's wellbeing, client's individual effort, client's determination, client's skill and client's previous experiences of auditions. 

I, client, am in the full knowledge that Coach does not guarantee a successful place at the end of the (current programme/container I Client am in.)

I, client, with respect for the relationship with Coach will inform her of any drama school/NYT offers that I receive, in order for Coach to share the number of drama school/NYT results at the end of the year. "

 I, Client, am happy for Audition Access to celebrate my photo and name on social media if I am successful in gaining a place.

DISCLAIMER:
The Client acknowledges that the services provided under this Agreement are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional advice or treatment. The Coach makes no guarantee as to specific drama school results that may be achieved through the services provided under this Agreement. Client understands that Coach in Audition Access does not guarantee specific drama school places and previous successes of previous Audition Access clients are solely individual with said contributing factors aiding this including; client's wellbeing, client's individual effort, client's determination, client's skill and client's previous experiences of auditions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of the United Kingdom.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the date of acceptance by the Client into their first access into the Audition Access Community App.
