Every month there is a LIVE call which is called 'The Mindful Artist' where you can ask J anything you need help on.

You also have a 'circle' forum inside the app called 'Q&A' where you can message any questions to the group you may have that J will answer.

If you would like a more private support 1-1 circle chat is also available on upgrade VIP.

Everything is recorded and left for you to catch up on for a month. 

Everything will always be here for you to dip in and out of as you please. There is no pressure, only consistent support.

Because applying to drama schools/National Youth Theatre is a marathon and not a sprint. Your body and mind needs time to build a consistency when it comes to 'the work' and this is exactly what this membership will give you.
